Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical, analytical, or GTM operations role.
- Proven track record owning the full deployment lifecycle of applied AI, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.
- Advanced proficiency with developer-focused AI tools including Gemini Suite, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code.
- Experience deploying and operating AI backend systems in production, including API services and inference pipelines.
- Familiarity with security best practices for AI-native systems, including authentication and LLM risk mitigation.
- Experience operating within an agile engineering model, managing backlogs, and running sprint cycles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across business units.
Responsibilities
- Stand up the Retail AI GTM Pod to surface, qualify, and scale AI applications across the Retail field.
- Evaluate build, buy, or borrow paths and lead technical discovery for new AI solutions.
- Maintain and execute against a technical scrum board using agile sprint cycles.
- Industrialize local experiments by adding error handling, version control, and secure coding practices.
- Coordinate integration of vertical AI outputs into core GTM platforms including Salesforce, Snowflake, and Taskray.
- Design and enforce security controls for AI applications, including authentication and mitigation of LLM risks.
- Build and monitor adoption tracking mechanisms for deployed AI solutions.
