Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional or project-based experience (internships, independent work, or coursework).
- Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day work with examples of application beyond basic use.
- Genuine curiosity about how AI tools function and a drive to understand them deeply.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical tools to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in a fast-moving, multi-workstream environment.
- Experience building with AI APIs or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude Code, Gemini Enterprise) is preferred.
- Coding or scripting background is preferred.
- Experience explaining technology to non-technical audiences is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of Kong Konnect, API management, or enterprise AI model integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assess business workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Build and iterate on AI automations, prompt-based tools, and lightweight applications.
- Conduct coaching sessions to help team members get comfortable with AI tools.
- Maintain clear documentation for developed tools and workflows.
- Test AI tools to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
- Track and report on team progress in AI skill development.
- Research emerging AI tools and summarize relevance for the business.
- Collaborate with IT and Security to ensure tools meet governance guidelines.
