Requirements

  • 2+ years in training, education, onboarding, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of prior B2B SaaS experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficient in software tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools into professional workflows to boost productivity.
  • Experience creating multimedia content for software applications using tools like Loom, Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, or LMS platforms.
  • Strong foundational understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Consultative abilities with comfort navigating ambiguous product changes.
  • Proficient in project management with the ability to manage concurrent accounts.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live training sessions across 5 product lines for new and existing customers, ensuring competence and confidence.
  • Partner directly with clients to coordinate training engagements from kickoff through completion.
  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure continued platform adoption.
  • Design and iterate on interactive, bite-sized training collateral like e-learning and on-demand video.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to scale content development and documentation updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to execute seamless customer handoffs.
  • Gather 'Voice of the Customer' feedback to influence product roadmaps.
  • Track and report metrics linking educational completion to higher product adoption and user activation.
