Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, account support, or coordination role.
- Background in SaaS or healthcare operations environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong written communication skills for professional emails and recaps.
- Close attention to detail for preparing executive-facing slide decks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with shifting priorities.
- Proactive, self-starting nature.
- Proficiency with slide software (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) by pulling usage data and drafting slide decks.
- Coordinate EBR logistics, including meeting scheduling and preparation of pre-read materials.
- Draft follow-up communications, meeting recaps, and stakeholder updates on behalf of CSMs.
- Track open commitments and action items across the enterprise account portfolio.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and health scores within HubSpot.
- Monitor account health signals and flag anomalies or inactivity to senior CSMs.
- Assist with cross-functional escalations and help maintain account-specific resources.
- Support process improvements and documentation for the broader CS team.
