Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, account support, or coordination role.
  • Background in SaaS or healthcare operations environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong written communication skills for professional emails and recaps.
  • Close attention to detail for preparing executive-facing slide decks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, self-starting nature.
  • Proficiency with slide software (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Proficiency with video conferencing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) by pulling usage data and drafting slide decks.
  • Coordinate EBR logistics, including meeting scheduling and preparation of pre-read materials.
  • Draft follow-up communications, meeting recaps, and stakeholder updates on behalf of CSMs.
  • Track open commitments and action items across the enterprise account portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate customer account records and health scores within HubSpot.
  • Monitor account health signals and flag anomalies or inactivity to senior CSMs.
  • Assist with cross-functional escalations and help maintain account-specific resources.
  • Support process improvements and documentation for the broader CS team.
