Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior or leadership role in customer success, support, or account management in a SaaS company.
  • Proven e-commerce domain knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop remote-working teams, fostering a strong performance culture.
  • Experience managing transformation, scale-up, or growth projects.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven decision-making skills (KPIs, OKRs).
  • Experience with internationalization or cross-functional integration projects preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Confident communication and representation skills for external stakeholders and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategy to ensure sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a growing team supporting four SaaS solutions within the e-commerce sector.
  • Establish operational structures, resource planning, and escalation management processes.
  • Drive performance using KPIs and OKRs to optimize service quality across the customer journey.
  • Manage the integration of acquired companies, including harmonizing service models and processes.
  • Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and act as a key liaison between leadership and operations.
