Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, professional services, or solutions leadership at an enterprise B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated depth in technical implementation.
- Proven track record of personally leading complex enterprise deployments end-to-end.
- Ability to manage integrations, APIs, and data migrations into live production.
- Experience navigating long, complex enterprise sales and deployment cycles.
- Capacity to manage senior stakeholders on both customer and internal teams.
- Fluency with CRM and support tooling, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, and Freshdesk.
- Ability to work across CET business hours.
- Willingness to travel to customers as needed.
- Ability to operate as a hands-on player-coach during early stages.
Responsibilities
- Own implementation personally, taking enterprise customers from signed contract to live production.
- Scope deployments, design integrations, and manage data migrations using tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, and Freshdesk.
- Drive customers to go-live, ensuring automated resolution at scale and demonstrable ROI to secure renewals.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales and deployment cycles, including security reviews and legacy system integrations.
- Codify successful implementation methodologies into a repeatable playbook.
- Hire, lead, and coach the Customer Success and Implementation team across Europe.
- Advocate for customer needs to influence product development and onboarding strategies through close collaboration with founders and engineers.
