Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success or account management, ideally at a marketing-focused SaaS company.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in daily workflows (research, drafting, analysis, synthesis).
- Proven experience managing a strategic enterprise book of business.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into strategic action plans.
- Builder mentality with experience creating processes from scratch.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating on workflows.
- Team-first orientation with experience collaborating across product, sales, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10-20 enterprise-level clients.
- Translate platform data into strategic recommendations to drive improvements in visibility and optimization.
- Guide clients through onboarding, education, and adoption journeys.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions.
- Drive account expansion opportunities by influencing clients to integrate the platform into regular workflows.
