Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer engagement plans using internal tools and data to identify usage gaps and drive adoption.
- Provide product training and enablement to communicate the value of DAT solutions effectively.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring appropriate resources to support customer success.
- Resolve client issues and concerns while acting as a customer advocate.
- Maintain a regular engagement cadence to understand evolving customer needs and ensure alignment with DAT solutions.
