Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer engagement plans using internal tools and data to identify usage gaps and drive adoption.
  • Provide product training and enablement to communicate the value of DAT solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring appropriate resources to support customer success.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns while acting as a customer advocate.
  • Maintain a regular engagement cadence to understand evolving customer needs and ensure alignment with DAT solutions.
