Requirements
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Extensive experience in the cPaaS space or selling consumption-based models.
- Experience selling platform or SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales leadership.
- Ability to build teams and manage complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency in monthly forecasting, fiscal planning, and revenue tracking.
- Metrics-driven and consultative sales philosophy.
- Approximately 30-40% travel requirement.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of experienced Account Executives focused in the ISV vertical.
- Develop and execute strategic vision for New Business sales teams targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
- Drive revenue growth and product cross-selling across North America.
- Build sales processes and programs to maximize representative productivity and scale.
- Manage monthly forecasting, fiscal planning, and revenue tracking for major accounts.
- Engage with technical and business leaders, including product managers and software engineering heads.
