Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- At least 3 years building enterprise products with a track record of moving products up-market.
- Experience building analytics-heavy, technically deep products, ideally for technical users.
- Operated within a sales-led GTM motion involving Fortune 500 customers and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Fluency with IT, security, and admin buyer personas and security review processes.
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise-readiness primitives (RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs, governance).
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to discuss infrastructure, APIs, and security tradeoffs.
- High agency and bias toward action in a fast-moving, small environment.
- Excellent written communication and ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise roadmap end to end, from procurement and security review to driving expansion across accounts.
- Partner directly with Fortune 100 design partners to translate requirements into a roadmap and ship enterprise-grade features.
- Build the core enterprise platform including RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, admin/governance controls, and data privacy features.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate the platform by making emerging AI trends enterprise-accessible.
- Design and execute the product motion that grows individual developer usage into organization-wide rollout.
- Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer by joining sales calls and visits to ship product that closes deals.
