Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Significant leadership experience in platform, infrastructure, AI/ML, API, data, or developer ecosystem products.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience with APIs, data platforms, and developer tooling.
- Demonstrated success influencing and aligning cross-functional organizations (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong technical fluency to work closely with engineering teams on architecture decisions and integration patterns.
- Proven success defining and executing platform strategy at scale.
Responsibilities
- Architect and own the multi-year strategy and vision for the Pindrop Platform.
- Define how shared platform capabilities evolve to support enterprise-scale growth, including AI/ML services, APIs, and data services.
- Drive prioritization across foundational platform investments while balancing scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to define commercialization strategies, positioning, and launch plans for customer-facing platform capabilities.
- Manage organization goals, business metrics, and KPIs for the platform, including adoption, reliability, and developer experience.
