Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred.
- Proven experience managing a full sales cycle, including discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and close.
- Experience managing inbound lead acquisition and account expansion motions.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously.
- Associate degree or 2 years of related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads within a defined SLA window.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to identify practice workflows and pain points.
- Tailor product demonstrations to specific prospect operational contexts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities for current customers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and documentation within Salesforce.
- Submit regular sales forecasts and manage deal risk.
