Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Data Management, Data/AI Governance, or FinServ technology sales.
  • Deep familiarity with regulatory landscapes and data complexities in the financial sector.
  • Proven ability to originate and lead complex, value-based sales cycles.
  • Experience navigating multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated history of securing both net-new business and strategic expansions.
  • Proven track record of developing long-term relationships with C-level buyers.
  • Consistent history of achieving or overachieving SaaS sales quota.
  • Experience managing consultative sales processes using established methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to support accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for net new Financial Services accounts and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage and create demand for expansion on existing accounts to widen Collibra's footprint.
  • Execute complex deal cycles from lead origination and stakeholder mapping to negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners in a consultative sales process aligned to data governance and compliance needs.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain Salesforce updates reflective of real-time activity.
