Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Data Management, Data/AI Governance, or FinServ technology sales.
- Deep familiarity with regulatory landscapes and data complexities in the financial sector.
- Proven ability to originate and lead complex, value-based sales cycles.
- Experience navigating multiple technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of securing both net-new business and strategic expansions.
- Proven track record of developing long-term relationships with C-level buyers.
- Consistent history of achieving or overachieving SaaS sales quota.
- Experience managing consultative sales processes using established methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.
- Flexibility to travel as required to support accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for net new Financial Services accounts and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Manage and create demand for expansion on existing accounts to widen Collibra's footprint.
- Execute complex deal cycles from lead origination and stakeholder mapping to negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with customers and partners in a consultative sales process aligned to data governance and compliance needs.
- Provide accurate forecasting and maintain Salesforce updates reflective of real-time activity.
