Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a client-facing or analytical role.
- Management consulting background is strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of healthcare experience or demonstrated ability to learn complex domains (e.g., payer dynamics, value-based care).
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving aptitude.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality slides and written synthesis for internal and external audiences.
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Experience in financial modeling or building pricing proposals (Bonus).
- Familiarity with insurance coverage by line of business, such as Commercial and Medicaid (Bonus).
Responsibilities
- Source and track health plan opportunities, maintaining data hygiene in the CRM for reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare for customer meetings by researching stakeholder context, adapting pitch decks, and creating briefing materials for leadership.
- Synthesize key takeaways from partner meetings and manage follow-up actions to keep deals moving forward.
- Conduct market research on prospective partners and health plan priorities to provide actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing teams to develop pitches, conference materials, and case studies.
