Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
- Seven or more years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal management, pursuit coordination, business development support, CRM administration, or growth program management.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with engineering consulting, environmental consulting, infrastructure, transportation, water, wastewater, or municipal markets is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry organizations such as ACEC, APWA, NEWEA, NEWWA, AWWA, and MMA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Northeast growth initiatives and facilitate monthly growth meetings with divisional leadership.
- Manage Go/No-Go workflows, proposal development coordination, and post-pursuit lessons-learned reviews.
- Maintain HubSpot data quality and provide regular pipeline, sales performance, and forecasting reports.
- Strategize association memberships, sponsorships, conference attendance, and track ROI.
- Lead planning and execution of client workshops, seminars, and industry visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate funding-related communications and assist technical teams with research and outreach.
- Support client service representatives with cross-selling initiatives and strategic account planning.
