  • 3 to 6 years of experience in stormwater infrastructure, drainage construction, or wet utility projects.

  • BA/BS in Environmental Science/Engineering or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience preparing air permit applications (Title V, New Source Review, Permits by Rule, etc.) and compliance reports (Emission Inventories, GHG Reporting, etc.).
  • 4 to 6 years of experience managing air quality projects and client relationships.
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements (NSPS, NESHAP, MACT, etc.).
  • Expertise with project coordination, client interaction, and business development.
  • Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, professional attitude.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite and Adobe. Experience with ProMax, GRI-GLYCalc, SCREEN3, etc. preferred
  • Strong safety awareness/practices as well as good recordkeeping.
  • Manage air quality permitting and compliance projects for local and national clients.
  • Calculate potential and actual emissions of air contaminants.
