Principal - Client Service Leader

Lead the growth of infrastructure services within the designated local market.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding infrastructure priorities and funding mechanisms.
Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities while leading proposal and interview processes.
Oversee the delivery of municipal infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, and stormwater management.
Ensure technical excellence, quality control, and adherence to project budget and schedule.
