- Monitor client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to position CloudFactory effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, proactively addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by understanding business priorities and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs.
- Track and report key performance metrics to measure account success and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams—including sales, marketing, customer success, and product management—to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.

- Participate in strategic initiatives such as customer journey mapping, service optimization, and industry best practice sharing.

- Use customer data and insights to identify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
