Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing lease-up marketing for multifamily real estate properties
  • Proven track record of increasing occupancy through digital marketing initiatives
  • Strong hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience managing and updating WordPress websites
  • Experience optimizing Google Business Profiles for local visibility
  • Experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Familiarity with apartment listing syndication platforms (ILS)
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools such as GoHighLevel or similar
  • Experience implementing AI tools or automations to streamline marketing workflows
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong analytical mindset comfortable interpreting marketing data
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Ability to work full-time during CST business hours

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy for multifamily lease-up projects from launch through stabilization
  • Build and execute marketing plans that drive occupancy growth and qualified leasing leads
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and Google Business Profiles for apartment communities
  • Maintain property websites and landing pages using WordPress
  • Coordinate listing syndication across apartment listing platforms and rental sites (ILS)
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
  • Develop lead nurturing workflows using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms
  • Implement AI-driven automations to streamline marketing and leasing workflows
  • Track campaign performance and KPIs to provide data-backed recommendations
  • Create and maintain SOPs for marketing and leasing processes
