Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience owning Meta performance marketing strategies, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and management of large paid social accounts.
- Advanced expertise with Meta advertising tools and platforms.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience analyzing and visualizing performance data using tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to connect marketing data with product performance insights.
- Experience managing performance marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SQL, including BigQuery, for data exploration and custom reporting (preferred).
- Previous experience in healthcare or another regulated industry (preferred).
- Experience developing affiliate or influencer partnerships (plus).
- Experience optimizing multi-step conversion funnels, such as lead generation through customer acquisition (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the performance marketing strategy, roadmap, and initiatives across Meta advertising channels.
- Manage, execute, and continuously optimize paid social campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and growth outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and data analysis.
- Develop and manage A/B and multivariate testing programs across advertising creative, messaging, targeting, and landing page experiences.
- Support attribution initiatives, market testing strategies, and data accuracy improvements.
- Use customer, product, and business insights to refine campaign strategies and improve marketing performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, optimization, and quality assurance processes.
