- Experience as a senior individual contributor or early-stage people manager.
- Proven experience building brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and content programs from scratch.
- Background in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Experience creating marketing programs tied to measurable business outcomes like pipeline impact and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, thought leadership, community marketing, PR, and earned media.
- Ability to manage PR initiatives independently and build relationships with media and industry partners.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-literate mindset with experience using analytics and performance insights to guide decisions.
- Experience in health, wellness, or healthcare technology is an asset.
- Curiosity about AI technologies and experience using AI tools for marketing workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging architecture, voice, and identity frameworks.
- Lead content strategy by developing themes, narratives, and editorial plans.
- Build and manage a multi-channel content calendar across digital, social, and community channels.
- Execute measurable brand programs focused on awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Develop community activation initiatives and partnerships to transform customers into advocates.
- Lead events, webinars, and earned media programs to expand reach and credibility.
- Establish brand measurement frameworks and use data insights to optimize investments.
- Partner with marketing, product, and executive teams to align brand initiatives with growth strategies.
- Manage and mentor team members while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution.
