Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in an IT or technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of global logistics processes, customs regulations, and supply chain strategies.
- Proven experience managing a multinational team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and performance improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a diverse, multinational logistics team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in best practices.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of logistics data by implementing effective data management processes and systems.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams (such as Sales, Procurement, IT, Client Operations, and Warehouse Operations) to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with external distributors and partners to align logistics processes and address potential challenges.
- Review data flows from vendors and help prioritize data feeds.
- Monitor shipment timelines and accuracy, ensuring customers receive timely updates.
- Act as a point of escalation for shipment related customer inquiries or issues and resolve them efficiently.
