- Experience managing relationships with large regional or national organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and visualization tools like Looker.
- Ability to analyze performance trends, build forecasts, and translate data into business recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail in managing complex operational processes and technical requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Technical fluency in APIs, data integrations, and reporting systems.
- Experience with SaaS environments, performance marketing, or performance-based compensation models.
- Understanding of home services ecosystems or essential service integrations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee partner performance monitoring metrics such as sales volume, conversion, and revenue.
- Lead monthly business reviews using data-driven analysis and strategy.
- Manage operational workflows including customer journeys, technical integrations, and API functionality.
- Identify optimization opportunities through testing and performance analysis.
- Drive monetization by identifying revenue growth per transaction.
- Handle partnership administration including contracts, commission reconciliation, and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and improve partner experiences.
