Requirements

  • Experience managing relationships with large regional or national organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and visualization tools like Looker.
  • Ability to analyze performance trends, build forecasts, and translate data into business recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing complex operational processes and technical requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, data integrations, and reporting systems.
  • Experience with SaaS environments, performance marketing, or performance-based compensation models.
  • Understanding of home services ecosystems or essential service integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships as the primary point of contact.
  • Oversee partner performance monitoring metrics such as sales volume, conversion, and revenue.
  • Lead monthly business reviews using data-driven analysis and strategy.
  • Manage operational workflows including customer journeys, technical integrations, and API functionality.
  • Identify optimization opportunities through testing and performance analysis.
  • Drive monetization by identifying revenue growth per transaction.
  • Handle partnership administration including contracts, commission reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and improve partner experiences.
