Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. from a university or college (M.B.A. preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy and/or partnership management at a leading SaaS or software company, or a strategy consulting firm.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize and triage partner-related issues.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to collaborate and execute opportunities.
- Proven ability to navigate, understand, and enforce contracts.
- Strong technical competence or high motivation to learn new technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in acute care is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, and Go-To-Market leadership to scope and structure ambiguous business questions into actionable partner-powered projects.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to structure and execute analyses required to develop large-scale new business recommendations.
- Manage partnerships from initial identification through deal close and product launch, incorporating build/buy/partner evaluations.
- Create business cases, financial models, work plans, market research, and competitive evaluations.
- Interview vendors, customers, and industry leaders to maintain subject matter expertise.
- Identify, negotiate, and implement business development agreements.
- Represent the partnership organization in executive-level meetings.
- Maintain all partnership records and interactions in Salesforce.
