Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business operations.
- Direct experience with large national or regional companies in telecommunications, home service providers, or utility companies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Looker) to track performance and build sales forecasts.
- Strong ability to manage complex checklists and technical requirements for digital integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple partners and internal cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with a bias toward action and driving results.
- Experience working with large-scale Telecommunications (ISP/Fiber/Wireless), Insurance, or Home Utility brands (preferred).
- Experience within a SaaS or performance marketing environment (preferred).
- Familiarity with performance-based compensation models such as CPC, CPL, or CPA (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of regional accounts, managing regular communication, resolving operational hurdles, and maintaining long-term partner satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze partner KPIs, including sales volume, conversion rates, revenue, and margins.
- Prepare and present monthly performance recaps and assist in high-level business reviews.
- Manage the technical and marketing 'buyflow' for partners, including auditing digital customer journeys and ensuring API integrations are functioning correctly.
- Utilize testing to identify opportunities to improve partner performance within the Updater ecosystem.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase average revenue per order (ARPO) by evolving partner compensation and commission structures.
