- Own product and feature launches from planning to execution—coordinating with Product, Sales, Support teams and Marketing channel owners to ensure successful rollouts.
- Develop and execute against tiered GTM playbooks that help us move fast and iterate quickly.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report GTM performance.
- Create and maintain a range of marketing assets, including product videos, one-pagers, website copy, case studies, and blogs.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns with content tailored to target audiences and personas. Develop customer stories and proof points that highlight the value of First Connect.
- Equip customer-facing teams with the right tools, messaging, and training to position First Connect products effectively.
- Collaborate with Product to deeply understand the needs of our partners, both independent insurance agents and carriers, through research, interviews, and competitive analysis.
