- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of regional accounts
- Monitor and analyze partner KPIs including sales volume, conversion rates, revenue, and margins
- Prepare and present monthly performance recaps and assist in business reviews
- Manage the technical and marketing buyflow for partners
- Audit digital customer journeys and verify API integrations and compliance
- Utilize testing to identify opportunities to improve partner performance
- Identify opportunities to increase average revenue per order
- Facilitate negotiations for incremental incentives
- Handle the administrative lifecycle of partnerships including contract amendments and commission reconciliation
