Requirements
- Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
- Proven business development success
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Proficiency with core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and tactically
- Demonstrated automation and AI fluency
- Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
- Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects
- Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
- Perform cold calls into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
- Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions
