Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
  • Proven business development success
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Proficiency with core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Demonstrated automation and AI fluency
  • Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Perform cold calls into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions
