Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Proven business development success
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Proficiency with core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Ability to negotiate and sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and phone presence skills
  • Strategic and tactical thinking ability
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and fluency

Responsibilities

  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Communicate value propositions to prospects and identify needs
  • Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Conduct cold calls to prospects generated from various sources
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions
