Requirements
- Fluent in both English and German
- Proven business development success
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Proficiency with core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Ability to negotiate and sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication, listening, and phone presence skills
- Strategic and tactical thinking ability
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and sense of urgency
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and fluency
Responsibilities
- Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives
- Communicate value propositions to prospects and identify needs
- Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
- Conduct cold calls to prospects generated from various sources
- Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions
