- Commercial experience in the German market with a proven ability to build relationships.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging new contacts.

- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new prospects.
- Build and maintain a structured and healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery to understand customer needs early in their journey.
- Improve and test outreach approaches including email, call scripts, and sequences.
- Align with Marketing on outbound programs.
- Represent Hack The Box as a knowledgeable and confident brand ambassador.
