  • Commercial experience in the German market with a proven ability to build relationships.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging new contacts.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales automation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new prospects.
  • Build and maintain a structured and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer needs early in their journey.
  • Improve and test outreach approaches including email, call scripts, and sequences.
  • Align with Marketing on outbound programs.
  • Represent Hack The Box as a knowledgeable and confident brand ambassador.
