Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UK interiors and fit-out industry.
- Track record of closing high-value commercial workspace and retail projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the interiors, retail furniture, and luxury fit-out markets.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales in the industry.
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the interiors and luxury retail fit-out markets in Europe.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Close high-value deals for commercial workspaces, offices, and retail fit-outs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO in Dubai on business development activities and sales progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
