Requirements

  • Track record of closing high-value commercial workspace and retail projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the interiors, retail furniture, and luxury fit-out markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales in the industry.
  • Strong focus on meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the interiors and luxury retail fit-out markets in Europe.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Close high-value deals for commercial workspaces, offices, and retail fit-outs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO in Dubai on business development activities and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
