Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in business development, account management, or partnership management.
- At least 3+ years of experience working within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, market structures, and institutional financial markets.
- Strong technical aptitude to explain intent-based routing, MEV mitigation, and batch auctions.
- Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly methodical and detail-oriented strategic mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote, open-source, and flatly structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Focus on streamlining and expanding current partner collaborations to unlock their full value.
- Identify and pursue partnerships with wallets, neobanks, trading apps, institutional players, and DeFi protocols.
- Act as a technical expert to pitch core products to both developers and institutional executives.
- Manage complex enterprise sales processes, including RFPs, negotiations, and legal reviews.
- Create sales enablement materials such as decks, target lists, and influence maps.
- Communicate market insights and industry trends back to the core team to influence product direction.
- Represent the DAO at conferences, industry events, and community panels.
