Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
- Analytical mindset with a structured, goal-oriented work approach.
- Resilient, disciplined, and outcome-driven personality with a sense of ownership.
- Open-minded and curious personality with a passion for building relationships.
- Eagerness to learn, coachability, and commitment to continuous skill improvement.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or industrial environments is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute and improve outbound sales motions by refining messaging and prospecting strategies.
- Identify and develop target customers within the Automotive, Food, and Pharma industries.
- Run structured multi-channel outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Conduct personalized, high-quality research-based outreach to enterprise prospects.
- Co-lead discovery calls and demos with Account Executives to ensure seamless handovers.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to generate qualified meetings.
- Leverage data, automation, and modern sales tooling to improve internal processes and outreach quality.
