Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a B2B SDR, BDR, or inside sales role.
- Proven track record selling SaaS, data products, APIs, or developer platforms to enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed outbound pipeline targets in a metrics-driven environment.
- Advanced HubSpot proficiency, including building sequences, workflows, and custom reports.
- Ability to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting personalized cold emails.
- Alignment with Wikimedia's open knowledge mission.
- Experience with enterprise qualification methodologies like MEDDIC or SPIN is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Gong is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting for a defined set of verticals by executing high-quality multi-touch sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Research and prioritize target accounts in collaboration with Account Executives to identify key stakeholders in product, engineering, legal, finance, and procurement.
- Develop tailored outreach messaging connecting prospect use cases to Wikimedia Enterprise API offerings.
- Manage pipeline generation targets, including tracking qualified meetings booked and opportunities created.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs and qualify opportunities using the MEDDIC framework.
- Operate as a HubSpot expert by managing sequences, drip campaigns, and generating reports to prioritize outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide competitive intelligence and prospect feedback for strategy optimization.
