Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years in a quota-carrying SDR / BDR or outbound sales role selling B2B SaaS with $50k+ ACV.
- Research-first mindset with an ability to identify target buyers and their needs.
- Strong written communication skills for producing human, plain-spoken, non-automated email outreach.
- Experience managing multi-segment cadence calendars with high organization and follow-through.
- Comfort with a modern sales stack including CRM, sales engagement, and enrichment tools.
- Resilience and coachability, with the ability to iterate quickly on feedback.
- Background or genuine interest in agriculture, conservation, food systems, or sustainability is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Clay is preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI to optimize efficiency and workflows is a plus.
- Experience selling into multiple buyer types (public sector, co-ops, corporates) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Run segment-specific outbound cadences across diverse customer groups including government, ag retail, and corporate sustainability.
- Research accounts and contacts to identify the right buyers and verify data quality.
- Personalize outreach based on segment-specific realities like agronomy data and sustainability claims.
- Qualify leads against a clear fit bar and book qualified meetings (SQLs) for Account Executives.
- Maintain clean contact and segment data within HubSpot and provide targeting insights to RevOps.
- Collaborate weekly with the sales team to refine and tighten the sales playbook.
