Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales preferred)
  • Documented track record of sales awards or top-performer recognition
  • Strong phone presence and persuasive communication capabilities
  • Proficiency in active listening and conversation control
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and Microsoft 365 software
  • High level of professional integrity and strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a clean criminal background check
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) is considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective businesses
  • Identify and qualify leads using a database, warm leads, and self-sourced prospects
  • Communicate the value proposition of BBB Accreditation to potential clients
  • Build and manage a personal portfolio of client accounts
  • Engage in ethical sales practices to close deals within Texas markets
