Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales preferred)
- Documented track record of sales awards or top-performer recognition
- Strong phone presence and persuasive communication capabilities
- Proficiency in active listening and conversation control
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and Microsoft 365 software
- High level of professional integrity and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a clean criminal background check
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective businesses
- Identify and qualify leads using a database, warm leads, and self-sourced prospects
- Communicate the value proposition of BBB Accreditation to potential clients
- Build and manage a personal portfolio of client accounts
- Engage in ethical sales practices to close deals within Texas markets
