- Source new colocation and powered land capacity from small and mid-tier data center operators, developers, and neo-clouds.
- Qualify opportunities based on power quota, colocation space, capital readiness, zoning, regulatory status, pricing, and timeline.
- Assist operators in clearing barriers to scale, such as power, space, or capital constraints, by solving issues or connecting them with partners.
- Manage recurring touchpoints with the supplier base to track capacity and plan for customer needs.
- Act as a primary contact for operators regarding capacity expansion.
- Collaborate with the supply lead and sales team to support demand-side conversations when expertise helps close deals.
