Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German or Italian.
- Experience in sales or tech-related sales (preferred).
- Experience selling software products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Assertive and creative communication skills.
- Willingness to achieve excellence and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
- Introduce the Instructure Learning Platform to new clients via outbound contacting, trade shows, and email campaigns.
- Respond to inbound leads to qualify new sales opportunities.
- Manage prospecting for a designated territory.
- Create quarterly plans to achieve sales quotas.
- Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts.
- Update lead status and activity using Salesforce.
