Requirements

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German or Italian.
  • Experience in sales or tech-related sales (preferred).
  • Experience selling software products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Assertive and creative communication skills.
  • Willingness to achieve excellence and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Introduce the Instructure Learning Platform to new clients via outbound contacting, trade shows, and email campaigns.
  • Respond to inbound leads to qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage prospecting for a designated territory.
  • Create quarterly plans to achieve sales quotas.
  • Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts.
  • Update lead status and activity using Salesforce.
