Requirements
- 8+ months of experience in a quota carrying, outbound sales position
- Proven experience with outbound cold-calling
- Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and systems simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail for note-taking, appointment setting, and process adherence
- Demonstrated professional communication skills with empathy and thoughtfulness
- Highly coachable with a growth mindset regarding sales and cybersecurity
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities
- Establish rapport and trust via phone to learn about the potential partner and their business
- Set qualified meetings within ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) while following best practices and standard procedures
- Achieve metrics by following processes and using multiple communication tools, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Stimulate interest in Huntress using a best-practices approach, focusing on value propositions
- Identify and qualify net-new accounts via LinkedIn and other research methods
- Maintain detailed documentation and data hygiene within the CRM system
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with peers and management to support team success
