Requirements
- Demonstrable success in B2B sales with a focus on new customer acquisition.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and management-level decision processes.
- Strong hunter mentality and high self-motivation in building client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and KPI-based sales management.
- Fluent German skills (Verhandlungssicher).
- Experience in fast-growing, structured, or PE-backed environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of occupational safety, HR services, BGM, or regulated markets is advantageous.
- Experience with tenders or complex sales cycles is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential B2B target customers and relevant decision-makers.
- Execute structured outreach to new target customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Develop new sales opportunities and hand off qualified leads to the Account Executive or Sales team.
- Build a deep understanding of target groups, pain points, and decision-making structures.
- Manage sales activities and documentation using CRM systems and data-driven KPIs.
- Test different messaging approaches and target customer segments to refine outreach.
- Provide market insights to support the development of go-to-market strategies.
