Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Gong is preferred.
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or data-driven sales is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
- Research potential customers and key decision-makers within medical device and diagnostic companies.
- Book meetings for Account Executives by communicating the platform's value.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects using HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Produce and distribute relevant market research to add value to prospects.
