Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Gong is preferred.
  • Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or data-driven sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
  • Research potential customers and key decision-makers within medical device and diagnostic companies.
  • Book meetings for Account Executives by communicating the platform's value.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and outreach strategies.
  • Produce and distribute relevant market research to add value to prospects.
