Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer in a B2B SaaS company or high-growth startup.
- Proven ability to design complex, desktop-first B2B web applications end-to-end.
- Strong product thinking and ability to balance user value, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Expert-level Figma skills including component libraries and design systems.
- Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Native German speaker.
- Fluent English speaker.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process from ideation to ready-to-ship visual designs.
- Collaborate with existing designers to evolve the design language and ensure a cohesive experience.
- Work with product and engineering teams to identify and deliver high-impact UX opportunities.
- Translate concepts into high-fidelity designs and maintain the scalable design system in Figma.
- Craft clear, engaging UI copy to guide users through the product.
