Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the market, industry, users, and product vision.
- Uncover real user problems and opportunities to improve the product.
- Own the design delivery process from discovery to launch with product managers.
- Identify problems and proactively suggest improvements to help shape the product roadmap.
- Drive product quality, consistency, simplicity, and ease of use.
- Create design experiences to maintain lemlist's position as a leading sales software.
- Work hands-on, move quickly, and adapt to changing opportunities.
