Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in web design, ideally for SaaS or digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and marketing-focused work.
- Proven ability to make and defend design decisions based on data and conversion analytics.
- Background in web agencies with experience handling multiple clients and tight deadlines.
- Solid experience with Figma, including building or working with design systems.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to create ad creatives, images, motion, and UGC-style content.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on landing pages and homepages across Tidio, Lyro, and Hubi products with a focus on conversion.
- Expand and maintain the design system for consistency across brands and products.
- Create and iterate graphics for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce high-impact animations and UGC-style content.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Technology team and various stakeholders.
