Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design or UX for enterprise products.
- Practical experience designing information architecture for complex B2B systems.
- Experience participating in the consolidation or unification of multiple products into a single platform.
- Experience designing data-heavy systems including dashboards, tables, workflows, and analytics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with a design system utilized by multiple teams.
- Proficiency creating interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Ability to create basic functional prototypes in HTML, CSS, and React.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, research, and engineering teams.
- Openness to working with modern AI design tools.
Responsibilities
- Design information architecture for complex enterprise software systems.
- Develop taxonomies, navigation models, and define relationships between core objects.
- Draft alternative IA concepts and recommend optimal solutions based on user requirements.
- Create cross-product user journeys and define migration strategies between integrated products.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to plan and analyze usability studies.
- Build interactive Figma prototypes and basic HTML/CSS/React prototypes for validation.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate the design and prototyping process.
- Partner closely with product management, engineering, and design teams.
