Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL (must-have).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have).
- Proven experience in a client-facing role (must-have).
- Experience with Tableau (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce reporting (preferred).
- Experience with healthcare or pharmacy data (preferred).
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform under pressure in crisis situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouses and Salesforce via Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, relationships, and correlations.
- Provide context for data through visualizations and narrative descriptions.
- Investigate data anomalies and ensure quality assurance before client delivery.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding data needs, deadlines, and specifications.
- Manage ongoing partner requests and questions related to data requirements.
- Configure mapping tools to support data translation and provide clear documentation.
- Act as a resident expert for data specifications and lead web-based training sessions for clients.
