Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in a business analytics, business intelligence, or TAM role.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce and consumer brand metrics and benchmarks.
- Experience using data and analysis to drive business decisions at an ecommerce company or consumer brand.
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive business and product improvement.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL for querying large datasets and writing clean, efficient code.
- Experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
- Familiarity with Tableau for reporting and visualization.
- Understanding of how to use AI to drive process improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to explain complex data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter mindset with strong independent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the analytical bridge between Sales and prospective/existing merchants, translating data into business cases and pricing models.
- Partner with Merchant Success to build analyses that demonstrate ROI and support renewal conversations.
- Design and deliver dashboards and performance reports based on merchant needs.
- Analyze product data to drive product improvements and influence the product roadmap.
- Partner with the Risk and Data (RAD) team to translate fraud analysis and model changes into understandable merchant-facing insights.
