Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or analytics roles within complex or regulated environments.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (or higher).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
- Solid SQL experience for querying, validating, and analyzing data.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or Qlik (or comparable BI tools).
- Ability to explain data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with healthcare or federal data environments preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards or models (e.g., HL7/FHIR, OMOP) preferred.
- Experience using Excel or Python (pandas) preferred.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance considerations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with program managers and domain experts to gather and clarify business and functional data requirements.
- Document requirements, data definitions, and business rules for technical teams.
- Analyze integrated datasets to produce actionable insights for leadership.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Qlik.
- Write and validate SQL queries for data analysis and verification.
- Perform high-level data validation to ensure results meet business expectations.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements specifications and data dictionaries.
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
