Requirements
- 5+ years in a data analyst or analytics engineering role.
- Strong SQL skills including querying, schema structuring, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in backend and analysis languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Real-world experience building and owning ETL processes.
- Statistical modeling depth including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, predictive models, and confidence/error analysis.
- Experience presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter capability to manage priorities and work autonomously across teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire data pipeline from instrumentation to presentation.
- Collaborate with departments and senior leadership to determine data gathering and analysis strategies.
- Identify and track KPIs for player engagement, retention, and churn.
- Own database architecture including schema design, performance tuning, and health.
- Manage ETL pipelines and underlying infrastructure.
- Automate reporting and design dashboards for diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Play the game to gain direct insights.
