Requirements
- 5+ years in data analysis or analytics engineering at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool).
- Proven track record of leading data cleanup or warehouse re-architecture.
- Experience with BigQuery and Metabase.
- Demonstrated ability to implement testing frameworks, lineage, and documentation.
- Experience with git-based workflows.
- Strong ability to turn ambiguous operational questions into structured analyses.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Startup experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect the Operations Intelligence Warehouse including schema and dataset design.
- Lead the audit and cleanup of operational data within the BigQuery warehouse.
- Build and maintain dimensional models in dbt with testing and version control.
- Design dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational health.
- Join operational, GTM, and financial data to analyze cost-to-serve and margins.
- Perform statistical process control and root cause analytics.
- Establish analytics engineering standards in partnership with the Data Engineering team.
