VP of Engineering

Own engineering strategy and architecture across card issuing, wallets, ledger, money movement, onchain settlement, and partner integrations.
Set and own engineering quality bar across system design, code review, testing, observability, and technical decision-making.
Review critical designs and weigh in on high-consequence architecture and build-vs.-buy decisions.
Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence through SLOs, incident response, and capacity planning.
Build security, compliance, and correctness into the platform by design, partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Security teams.
Increase engineering velocity by improving CI/CD, developer tooling, and technical debt management.
Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization by hiring and coaching engineering managers and technical leads.
Operate as a member of the leadership team, representing engineering to the board, partners, and customers.
